Many residents of Terres Basses have reported the unusual pale blue color of the Grand Etang des Terres Basses near Baie Longue.

Our field manager, Jean-Philippe Campion, reported this to the relevant departments of the Collectivité and the Prefecture on Monday, June 8th. Samples were taken on Friday, June 12th, and we are awaiting the results.

It is not yet possible to determine whether this is due to external pollution or an imbalance related to climatic conditions. It should be noted that the Grand Etang is owned by the Conservatoire du Littoral.
